ANTHONY JOSEPH SPATAFORA

Anthony Joseph Spatafora is a director and visual artist based in Toronto, Ontario. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Media Production from Humber Polytechnic and a certificate in Art Fundamentals from Seneca Polytechnic.

His thesis film An Anatomy of Grief earned him two awards and has screened at several film festivals since its release in April 2025. The film showcases his talents in both filmmaking and illustration, blending the two mediums into a cohesive visual style.

Anthony currently works as a set dresser and production designer on commercials and independent features. He has also worked professionally as a graphic designer and illustrator, collaborating with companies such as Crayola, Toyota, and Lenovo.

Passionate about filmmaking as a deeply collaborative art form, Anthony continues to refine his craft and pursue creative excellence in every project he takes on.
